Cannot change COLLECTION destinations

The delivery capabilities are skewed against the consumer.

Once an order is placed nothing can be done to change the address. Especially if COLLECTION was specified. Word of caution to all: Don't use COLLECTION - it severely limits your options.

I can't even cancel and order a new product. All that can be done is to sit and wait for a package to be delivery to no-one, wait some more 7 days, cancel the order, new order, wait some more.................
