Cannot access purchased e-books
Purchased e-books on Kalahari wich I cannot access on my new laptop.<br> <br> I previously authorised my laptop without an ID on Adobe Digital Editions and now cannot access the books at all. I thought that the call centre would be able to assist me - it must obviously be a technical problem. However I was told that this happens and there is nothing they can do about it. <br> <br> I now cannot access any of the books purchased - one which is a prescribed book - UNISA - I need for studying for October/November exams. I refuse to accept that they cannot do anything about it.
