Cancelling order's with no information or reason!!!

Ordered items from them, the day my delivery is supposed to happen I get a notification that there was a scheduling fault. 11 days later my order is being cancelled one by one, when I call the call centre, all the agents I have spoken to can't explain what is going on, promise to get in contact with me to give me more information and never do. I have been on the phone with them everyday and my issue still isn't resolved. It has been the worst experience ever!
