cancelling orders and *****ing money

cancelling my order without my permission,

placed an order on the 20th March many days before lockdown with essential items for the baby such as a fan heater, diapers, wipes and food feeders.

my order was cancelled without my permission and now i am forced to go to the shops with a 6 month old baby to try and buy these items while over R800 of my money is stuck on this stupid site.

why was i not contacted? why was the items categorized as non essential not removed and the rest of my order delivered?

now we have rainy and cold days in a freezing duplex with no way to feed the baby, running out out nappies and wipes, i am disappointed as this order was placed and paid for on the 20th March why was it not delivered why was my money not reversed back into my account why has n one called me? im out of pocket forced to take the baby to the shops exposing her to unnecessary risk.
