Cancelling order without letting me know
I've been waiting for a week on my order now. Checking my order status everyday, and all of a sudden today it states that one of the items I've purchased has been cancelled.<br> <br> I would really have preferred someone getting in touch with me first to explain the situation especially regarding my refund now as essentially I've already paid for something that isn't going to be delivered.<br> <br> I hope to get a response soon.
