Cancelling a return because the courier partner dropped the ball

<p>TakeALot really has a great thing going.. Great service and great delivery but last week I once again made the mistake of trying to return a product them. Although TakeALot quickly initiated the return and I quickly received an SMS stating my returned product will be picked up on the 28th of April. Being considerate I arrange for someone to be home the whole day to ensure that the parcel can be collected. By 4pm SkyNet is still a no-show. After phoning them I get told that they won't be making it and they'll only be collecting on Tuesday the second (Yes, I had to call them to get this info). I phoned again on Wednesday after they were once again a no-show on Tuesday and was told that they would definitely pick up the parcel by the end of day on Wednesday (and also had to phone around again for the parcel number) . It is now Friday, a week after the scheduled pick-up and I'm still waiting.... In the meantime TakeALot has taken the liberty of cancelling the return on their system without as much as notifying me.</p>
