Cancelled urgent text book delivery with NO notification

<p>I am absolutely disgusted with the service received by takealot.com</p> <p> </p> <p>I am normally a proud customer to them, but am disappointed to have to say <span style="text-decoration: underline;">I will not be using them again</span>.</p> <p> </p> <p>After ordering a textbook <strong>urgently</strong> required for my studies and not having any feedback regarding my order, I logged onto my profile only to find that my order had been cancelled, with NO notification sent to me. Not only is the textbook unavailable, but the refund will take up to FIVE <strong>working</strong> days, leaving me with no available funds to purchase the book elsewhere in the time I need to do so.</p> <p> </p> <p>I advise anyone who needs something urgently to avoid using takealot.com at all costs</p>
