Cancelled returns without refund

<p>I have always been impressed by Takealot. But I am currently not. I returned 4 unused items. These were collected by the courier. I have returned items before and it is common for the courier to collect items without providing documentation to state what they had collected.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot sent me emails for all 4 returns stating that they had been received at the warehouse. But the refunds never came. Upon calling them, I was told that the returns had been cancelled. The callcenter could not explain to me how they could confirm receipt of my items and then just cancel the return without giving me back my money. So they escalated the matter to someone who could reinstate the return. Except that nobody has done anything. So now I have no items or refunds.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointing service indeed. The callcenter agent was completely useless. I gave you back your stuff. Give me back my money!</p>
