Cancelled orders, no communication and delays waiting for refunds.

Recently placed an order for 7 of the same item totaling R61000.00. The items had a delayed delivery which was fine at the time, delivery was expected within the timeframe I needed them. Without any contact, takealot started cancelling items on my order. I was forced to cancel the last three items as I imagine those will eventually be cancelled as well delaying this even further. I need to order elsewhere as this is now urgent. Have emailed and messaged but no response and no refund.
