CANCELLED ORDERS, FALSE ADVERTISING

Takealot, false advertising, misleading prices. They will never see me again..

Bought a S25ultra on special on the 14th. Order got cancelled out of the blue yesterday 24/03/2026. Now apparently they cant give me the phone on the price i paid. Supplier's out of stock. But when i follow the link for the cancelled device it shows x2 in stock on the new revised higher price. Emailed them to no avail, worse customer service refused to acknowledge that they should give at paid price. May i remind you this is a clear violation of the CPA. Now 5 days to even get my money back?? Ive been with takealot for years but this is unacceptable. Screenshots and all to prove this. I will take my business elsewhere from now on..leaving bad reviews where i go
