cancelled orders after waiting two weeks

I placed an order on the 15th Dec and was expecting deliver on the 2 Jan. Takealot informed me that my order had been cancelled and sent me notification that they are out of stock. when i go back into the app, the same items are available for sale and they have increased the price by triple the amount. This company is *********, Im a long standing client and refuse to continue doing business with ******.
