Cancelled orders
Bought stuff last night from Takealot at a very good price. Payed. This morning I see all my orders are cancelled. Without even telling me. There was stock as I have a screen shot. I still haven't heard anything.<br> <br> I want my goods. No credit of cash or anything as we have a firm offer vs acceptance of offer situation, hence a contract. You have a contract to deliver as I have payed already.<br> <br> My orders are Order *** and ***. Get shipping.

We apologise for not communicating the reason for your order cancellation prior to doing so. Our customer service team is in the process of reaching out to our customers. An inadvertent technical error caused certain items from our camping and outdoor department to wrongfully show as in stock and available at an incorrect price. Regrettably we have to inform you that we are not able to fulfil these orders and therefore cancelled your order. Due to the nature of our business errors such as these can occur. We therefore provide for situations like these in our T&Cs section 5.2 and 8.
We know this doesn't make things right and that this has caused you a great deal of frustration and disappointment. We can only apologise and try to make up for this by compensating all affected customers. Our complaints team will be in touch with you shortly to address this matter further.
