Cancelled order without my approval

What a terrible experience I received from takealot delivery. My delivery was scheduled on the 21st of April. The guy called me to scheduled a delivery and advise that he was on his way. Few hours later he called and advise that he had a breakdown he will deliver in the evening. No contact was made in the evening and he went ahead and canceled my order on the APP without notifying me. Reason for cancelation was that I was uncountable. Nothing was mentioned about the breakdown. I didn't get his name but these are his contacts ***. Takealot is working with intrustworthy people and very weird characters. I have been ordering through takealot for years so this is really disappointing.
