Cancelled order my takealot to rob people

I placed an order and it was delayed due to awaiting stock from supplier. It was my first order with you guys which means it's free. I don't actually trust these online shopping and thought would give it a try. I am very unhappy as a new customer. You then cancelled my one product due to out of stock but still till today it shows in stock. This is ******* because you want customers to pay for another order delivery fee. A friend of mine received her tweezers but you cancelled mine and it shows you have stock.
