Cancelled order item but refusing to cash refund me

I ordered multiple iteams and takealot cancelled the plastic plates which also had to used this month. Since they had done so, I struggleg to get in touch since you cannot call or send direct emails anymore.

I asked for a cash refund and Imaan, Ja from takealot was the one I communicated with. He decided to do a coupon expiring 9 November thid year while I clearly said I want a refund. And I honestly do not have anything I want to purchase right now as I don't have use of that coupon I did not request for. He is now not respinding to my email.

Bad service and even worse we cannot reach to takealot agents easily like before. This is stressful. I want my refund not a coupon that will expire soon and I have no use for.

I did not ask for a coupon. I asked for a cash refund.
