Cancelled order from takealot

Very very poor service from takealot, I recently purchased a cctv system and they advised it will be delivered on the 17th of this month (August 2021), when following up I noticed that they without contacting me cancelled my order, this is unacceptable Takelaot I have a client waiting for the item and it's the 2nd time this happened.
