Cancelled Order and Still waiting on refund

I purchased two flip charts and paper from Takealot.com on the 30 January 2018, delivery was scheduled for the 2 February 2018. However, on the 1 February 2018 I received a notice stating the one item will be delivered on the 5 February and the other on the 12 February 2018.

I then immediately contacted Takealot.com stating my dissatisfaction, yet the agent assured me the order will be delivered on the 2 February 2018 and I should not cancel the order. Of course the items were never delivered and to date it has not been delivered, yet Takealot.com courier tries to collect the order from me that is currently still with Takealot.com.

I have been emailing Takealot.com since the 1st February and I have still not received my refund.

This is poor service.
