Cancelled Order

I ordered this watch on the 23rd of August 2020 , they gave me a delivery date of 9 September , Takealot after updating me on my email address stating I will receive the watch earlier on the 4th of September. Thereafter I receive an email on the 31st of August stating that they are out of stock due to the jeweler running out of stock , I thereafter contacted the jeweler which they stated they have plenty in stock and takealot is taking nonsense, I also didn’t understand how could they push my delivery date forward without having the watch in the first place ?

They also did not credit my money and credited to my takealot account which does not benefit me in anyway possible, I find is absolutely ridiculous and the service is extremely poor.
