Cancelled order

On Thursday 23 Nov I ordered and paid for a item at Takealot.com just to be informed on 30 Nov that they are cancelling the order as they cannot get the item. The item is still for sale on the web but more exspensive. Since the order was placed the item has been on sale at cheeper rates as well and the answer I get as to why must I order again and pay more...sorry for your inconvenience...that is all.

Really I sometimes really wonder why I still support this place.
