Cancelled order

I placed an order on 13/10/2017 under ref ********** 8 and delivery was to happen on 17/10/2017. However, the delivery came on 16/10 and there was no one to sign for it. I called Takealot on 16/10 to reschedule delivery for 17/10 after 11:00am. On 17/10 the delivery came before 11:00, I then called Takealot again to reschedule for18/10 before 11:00am. Takealot agreed and apologized for the mistake from the couriers. I expected delivery on 18/10 only to be informed that my order has been cancelled because the courier attempted to delivery 3 times which as in actual fact twice. Now I have to place the order again and the price has gone up and my first time voucher has been used. As a first time buyer on Takealot I am very disappointed in their service, I have never experienced such service from Loot. The level of customer service on their emails is shocking that one person tells you to expect delivery while the other tells you your order has been returned.
