cancelled my order without consulting me

After 2 purchases getting lost and unable to deliver, again takealot,com wasn't able to deliver. I bought a stove, they informed me that only the hob will be delivered, they cancelled the stove as the supplier doesn't have. I went onto the website and again bought the stove they they supposedly did not have. after phoning they confirm they do have but was unable to deliver in time, It is still 5 days before the delivery date they indicated so how will it not be in time? Eventhough they guaranty you the product once it is paid, after 3 days they just decided to cancel my order without consulting me asking if I would rather cancel or wait for delayed delivery. They never get back to me on any of my complains on hellopeter so this is for you, wandering if you should use takealot - maybe for small items but don't buy bigger than a stove hob.
