Cancelled My Order Without Consent

I've bought numerous items of their website and never had any problems, although this time I bought a cpu for my almost complete pc, just need the chip. I ordered this item on 28th of august and today checked how long still before the arrival. I saw my item was cancelled. I thought maybe if I just reorder everything will be in order.. Nope the amount they have done a credit on isn't the full amount of the item?.. Plus now I have to wait another cycle for arrival.. I hope they know how much frustration this cause as I could have bought on wootware or evetech now they advertise stock they can't deliver on promised time.. Thanks takealot.com for ruining the great experience I've been having so far..
