Cancelled delivery

Hi im very disappointed in the service im getting from you guys as your loyal client ,i got an email to send the location and another address because you were not picking my addres ,i sent an email with another address and location than i got the above email on the screenshot .Now im supprised as to why my order was cancelled when infact i got the above email saying address has be updated and we get communication about delivery 🙄
