Cancellation of stocked product

Placed order *** on the 18th of December for my sons school bag for grade 1. He was super excited! On the 24th the order was cancelled. I called immediately to say the vendor shows it has stock. Lovely lady reinstated my order as she could see no valid reason for the cancellation. Today 3 January, reinstated order *** was cancelled. I just got off the phone with a very bland individual who only tried to explain where i should look for availability and what city has stock. No help offered really.

I've placed my order at a higher price now with another vendor and ETA is the 14th, lets hope, I have a very unhappy person that will not be enjoying his first day on the 8th with a new bag. My Temu order placed on the 18th is already here 😔
