Cancellation of order
Take a lot had an offer on sleeping bags prices at R9. My friends and i all bought some, because of a good deal. A day later, after payments, the cancelled all our orders because they said their pricing was wrong. <br> <br> But that's their fault and they should be responsible and complete the order. Please help

We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused. An inadvertent error caused some items from our camping and outdoor department to incorrectly show as available and at the wrong price. The immediate and electronic nature of our business leaves room for errors such as these to occur, which is why we make provision for instances like these in our terms and condition.
Regrettably we're not able to fulfil orders placed for these items and we're compensating all affected customers to make up for the bad experience. Our complaints team will be in touch with you when they're back at 9am to assist with this matter further.
