canceling orders

I use to love takealot, but lateley I have been frustrated by them canceling my orders for non payment. I ordered items and payed with saved card, and order confirmed, make another order using same card for payment and is say order confirmed then the next day i get an email saying order has been canceled due to non payment.This happend now three times. No explanation. Some orders go through and others just cancelled for non payment using same card. Now i added new cart, hopefully it wont have the same issues. Sometimes i have missed the canceled email, and then i am waiting for a package that is urgent and it has been cancelled!!it sucks big time!
