Cancelation ***

Ive placed an order on takealot for an item listed as R109 and stock was availble and stated it would take 5-7 working days to be delivered. The money was dedudcted this order was placed on the 3rd of April only to recieve an email on the 13th that the order as been canceled with takealot making theit mistake the consumers problem:

Regrettably, an Inadvertent error caused the following items you intended to purchase to be shown as availble FOR SALE AT AN INCORRECT PRICE upon becoming aware of the error we immediately rectified and updated the listing with the correct pricing!!!!

Its been 5 workings days?? But this was rectified immidiately! According to the consumer act this is bait marketing

Advertising a lower price and refusing to sell at that price, or having no stock of the advertised item (bait marketing), is *******, subject to specific exceptions

A Siphokazi M rep**** and was not helpfull regarding this matter, 1 or 2 working days would have been fine but 5 working days later is unacceptable. Its Takealot's resposibility to ensure pricing is accurate at all times.
