Cancel this order , I've requested this 3 times already this morning
Good morning
Kindly clear up this very frustrating situation. I cancelled this order on Saturday, I realised I chose the very same item in a bigger order coming in this week. I requested a cancelation as on my app , the items show up as not shipped. I cannot pay for the same item. For me , it's a duplicate order. I don't know how you would define duplicate. Anyway please cancel. I hate to have your driver's come through all the way for nothing. Also kindly, we understand it's a busy season, but it's the silly season for all of us

14 Dec 2022, 19:36I'm starting to feel irritation at your service. I had 2 deliveries today. Both totalled to R1793 , I received 5 boxes.
I see instead of sending my XXL Volcom men's t-shirt , you sent through a 7/8 kids t-shirt.
I immediately email you, the guy asks for a picture of the incorrect item. I sent it through. He's quiet.
I email 18 times in total for today. Sent through 22 pictures in total. My correspondence is being ignored.
Your dispatch sent the incorrect item! What is hard to send what I paid for? You making me chase something that is owed to me? I paid for it!
I want someone to refund me and pick this t-shirt up.
Stop making me run around . I didn't let you wait for your money!
