CANCEL ORDER WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONSENT

my experience with takelot, was for the first time, unbelievably bad. I have been a loyal customer for some time, and after what happened, I fear I just might not say the same.

After doing some late night browsing, I stumbled across some items (files, to be specific) for very cheap. So I added them to my basket, two sets, in fear that they were going to go out of stock soon. I was right.

After waiting for my delivery, I checked in, and realised they moved my delivery date without informing me. This was quite offputting, but I was living to make do with it.

What happened after though, was shocking. So I waited with high hopes for my order to arrive. Only, when I checked in to see where my order was a day before their (now moved) delivery date, I saw that they CANCELLED my order. Without informing me.

To say I was disappointed would be am understatement. I am disappointed in their lack of customer service, respect for their customers and their promise to deliver.
