Cancel Order

Takealot just cancel order with out informing me after waiting a week. I had to phone them and been pushed from pillar to post to find out order is cancel. Then Customer care ask me if I want a refund ??? Of course I want my money back, Do they think I will donate it to them.<br> <br> Wont use takealot again !! Better to go to the Shop Pay for item and take home there and then.<br> <br> Just a another fail south African company who you cant relay on.
