Can't read ebooks(No tokens available

<p>I bought a few ebooks through takelot during last year(when the had daily specials). I have not read it yet, as I read the start of the ebook series on KOBO. Now I cant access any ebooks as the program says there is no tokens available. Contacting takelot they told me sorry, I dwonloaded it too much, and that is it. So if I get a new phone or format my phone like a did, my ebooks are gone. I wasted over a R1000 at takelot now and I can't use it. I will never buy an ebook from them again. I dont have the same problem with K0BO ebooks and the 2 apps were on my phone and tablet from the start. This is really pathetic service from takelot.</p>
