Can't handle their Responsibility

I bought a police gents watch on kalahari which take a lot has taken over. The leather strap broke And I requested a return it took some time to get all the details they wanted to log the return but it was done before the 6month warranty as I received the watch in january 2015 and the return was completed on 30june 2015 within 6 months. They collected the watch on the 2nd of july and I had to email and phone numerous times as to what's going on. Today when I phoned I finally received an Answer that said the warranty has passed and they are sending my watch back to me broken! Terms and conditions state that the first 6 months is covered by takealot and the next 6 months by the manufacturer. I want my watch fixed or replaced!!!!
