Can't find my delivery 10 days later

I ordered a sports camera from Takealot on 19 November for my son's birthday the next day for collection. When I went to fetch both that and a parcel waiting for my son, I wasn't allowed into the premises (apparently there is a strict rule about licence discs being legible and mine had been obscured by an exploding soft drink that morning).

I then phoned on Monday 21st to change the option on both our packages from collection to delivery which I was assured was possible with no additional courier costs even though my sons parcel was under the cost for free delivery.

Subsequently, my son received a call saying that he had to pay a delivery fee if he wanted his parcel, which, after a lengthy discussion, he agreed to and paid.

I have phoned and followed up countless times to find out where our deliveries are and each time I get told " We will follow up and let you know" but with no action taken afterwards. I've even asked to cancel it and been told that's not possible either.

I have spoken to Phumeza Lucas who sent me an email confirming that I was waiting but no follow-up. When I phoned again I spoke to a team leader/manager Tasleem who also said she would contact me back within a few hours with no luck. The price on the website subsequently has dropped from R940 to R677.

This is totally against everything that I know about Takealot and is probably the single highest costing item that I have ever tried purchasing. This, along with plus my son paying for a delivery that he still hasn't received is so infuriating and disappointing from a company I have high expectations for.

I want my parcel and I want my son's parcel ASAP, what do I need to do to either get this to happen or to finally get the R1000 that has been in Takealot's bank for almost 2 weeks already?
