Can't download my e-books

<p>I recently purchased an e-book from Takealot. After succesfully downloading the book, I decided to download my books I previously purchased and downloaded from Kalahari (now owned by Takelot) </p> <p>Unfortunately I was only able to download ONE book (in stead of +_ 10)</p> <p>After enquiring about this, I was advised that the books were no longer available for download. These are my books. I paid for them.</p> <p>(The other device that it was downloaded on, is no longer in a working condition. )</p> <p>Why may I not download my books again? I haven't read all the books yet. </p> <p>Takealot.com there is no customer service. I can not even begin to explain my disappointment and frustration</p>
