Can't deliver as promised

<p>I was told by a firnd a while back that Takealot.com offers bad service. I thought that it was just his experience, however, my simple one item watch order has been delayed by 2 days due to your their messup, I called this morning and was told by customer care that they have to contact the warehouse by email to find out if my order is there. They dont even have a system in place to track your product immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>As a big business, they suck...will not use again and will spread the word about bad service as well</p>
