Can't Deliver?

<p>My wife and I ordered a Kreepy Krauly on her account on Takealot. After a week of waiting for the product, we saw that the item has been automatically cancelled today by Takealot, and her account has been credited, without any correspondence or apology. If Takealot just informed us that they cannot supply, I would have bought one somewhere else, before my pool looked like a swamp.</p>
