Can not download ebook NO SUPPORT FROM TAKEALOT

I purchased an eBook from Takealot. Downloaded the ebook with Adobe Digital Editions and then the book couldn't be opened. I emailed Takealot support explaining the problem. Every time they send email back, trying to help me, giving me options, try this, try that. Done everything. Still didn't work. I spend hours on the phone with them and they keep on telling me that they can not help me.So I tried to ask for my money back or hard copies of the books(will pay the difference in), but in their terms and conditions it states that there are no refunds on eBooks. They keep on telling me the same thing: The eBook is locked by downloading it without having Adobe Digital Editions authorised when you initially downloaded the eBook and I keep on telling them that I have an Adobe ID, I even gave it to them. I have 6 books in my library,5 was migrated from Kalahari. With Kalahari I was able to open them.\There is no way to reset or re-activate the link.We also cannot credit you for this type of error and we sorry for all the inconvenience."So what to do now?
