Can not deliver when it matters
How many people fell for the takealot toy sale, and still waiting for their kids' christmas presents? I've been receiving sms'es since the 20th of Dec,daily, saying we'll receive the parcel before 5pm. It is now the 24th and takealot has my money and the kids' presents. When I phoned to cancel after 6pm on the 22nd, I was promised I'll have it the next day. Made sure someone was home all day, but still nothing. This is disgusting service!
