Can improve

I am getting a bit disappointed with Takealot lately. In the past delivery was prompt after payment was confirmed. Even with instant payment which does not need clearance from the bank the shipping and delivery takes more than a few days as promised although the product is in stock and does'nt need to be ordered from supplier. In the past they also sent a discount voucher to its regular clients when they had'nt ordered in a while. I think they can do better.
