Guys, I have logged a query with you on the 2nd June because i cannot download books that i had purchased from Kalahari to my takealot ereader. I get \?_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR)PKC_S12"error. Given Morake contacted me and escalated to Ebin Horlin who told me that their IT gurus are aware and working on the issue by the 3rd June. I am using an ipad and Request #711448 was logged. 2 days later i got an email to rate the service"
