Can I have my refund

I'm so disappointed. on the 27 December 2023 I bought serums at take a lot, I got the message that my order is ready for pickup that was so quick to find out my order was short 1 serum short and I did call them and they email me asking questions I did answer them they told me about 48 hours that passed I called them again to ask out my quire they send me another email of 48 hour again how many 48 hours must I what for? I'm not happy about there Servies and it was my first and last time buying from them.
