Camera order not delivered and not refunded ...... Yet! Living in hope!

Did not deliver my order of a expensive camera - appear to have lost the order twice! No giving me a major run around which I am trying to get a refund. Promises made by staff at there call centre including a manager to get back to me and resolve the issue. Have not get back to me at all as promised. When I phone as ask for manager, always informed that she is in a meeting or busy and will definitely call be back but has not. Appears if they are avoiding me and using usual delay tactics. Wasted I huge amount of my time and effort now and I am busy stressing as to if I will get my money back at all or if they are just very *********** and font care at ll about the'r customers or it they going bankrupt.!!
