Camel mountain school bag cake-unauthorized supplier, codes don't exist in official manufacture website

Purchased a camel mountain bag which was expensive for a school bag at 900 rand turns out they are a unauthorized supplier and the item is ****, broke just after the given month warranty, which is inconsistent with camel mountain 10 year warranty. No help from support just the same generic answer. I requested the sku for this item with no response or help what's so ever-done with TAKEALOT, no values, no customer service
