CALL CUTTING
I recently (Monday) ordered somethings from TAKEALOT. To my surprise they said they'd deliver by Tuesday. So I made the necessary arrangements for delivery. They sent me a notification on Wednesday that the goods were delivered. I checked....no goods.<br> <br> I called today....to determine the whereabouts of the goods....unfortunately after getting through to the relevant department...the woman couldn't hear me....she then cut the call. After about 15min of waiting.<br> <br> I called again...same thing, only this time it was a different woman...then she keeps quiet and as I'm saying hello, a few times....she cuts the call again.<br> <br> Pathetic.<br> Absolutely pathetic.<br> <br> I've always regarded TAKELOT highly...but this service is absolutely Sh**. I've been a customer since 2006 or 2007, but never received this **** service.<br> <br> It started round about the merger / wedding.<br> <br> How unfortunate...I'll have to continue real service with [URL Removed]<br> <br> They never disappoint.
