CALL CENTRE UNPROFESSIONAL AND BROKEN

Good Day,

I have been trying to get through to the TAKEALOT.com call centre for the last 3 hours. They're phone lines don't work and when they do eventually, the call cuts as soon as someone answers. I thought it might have been my cellphone, but I called from my landline as well and it happened again. I have now phoned 3 different numbers and they either don't exist or don't work. Great customer service (NOT).

Why is it so difficult just to speak to a human being?? Maybe get your phone lines sorted out so that you can take care of your customers like you're suppose to.
