Call Centre: Immediate Help and Solution to change delivery date

Thank you to Andrea at customer service for your professional and friendly service!!! After a purchase of an order with 5 items, I realised that the delivery date was too far out. Andrea explained that 2 of the items were not in stock, and suggested if I cancelled those items, I can get my order in time, to which I agreed. She handled the cancellation for me immediately and I received an email within a minute or two confirming a new delivery date and that I have been credited for the two items on my Takealot account. Well done I am a very happy customer :)
