Call center

I placed am order with takealot last year towards end of Dec, and since I was in Polokwane I used my address there and delivery was scheduled for 04 Jan. On the 3rd I got an sms saying my delivery will be on the 7th Jan. I was so irate and I called the call center. I was assisted by the lady her name is Sinalo Madolo. She was very patient and tried to assist so I could get my package on promised date. After a long call and her chatting to the couriers in Polokwane, I managed to get my package sooner. I was in town so I picked my package from the courier's premises. Thanks takealot you never dissa****t and have been a customer since kalaharo.net times.
