Takealot refunded me R295 and still owe me R747 in refunds that have not been refunded back to me. Trying to get my money back is a ****** NIGHTMARE. Staff are useless, don't get back to me, and keep passing this on "to the relevant department." I am SO sick of Takealot, ready for Amazon!
