I placed a order for a pack of 12 soaps. only 1 soap was delivered. I logged a return, it took a week of investigation. i get a email today saying they crediting my account because they out of stock. I can see they still selling the soaps. Blantant lies. I used a R150 off voucher, they credit my account with R19. How can I order my 12 soaps with R19. My advise is dont buy the packs of soaps from Takealot. It is very risky. The warehouse makes a mistake when packing and the customer gets punished for it. They dont bother setting things right. My last purchase with Takealot. Cant wait for Amazon to arrive in SA.
