Buying of Vouchers

This morning at round about 10:10 I purchase a takealot voucher, I received the voucher via email @ 10:19. and 10min later I purchased another voucher, and I did not get the voucher. So I email takealot asking why I did not receive the voucher. Hours later they phone me back stating they do not email vouchers anymore I must collect the voucher. Come one how can you make that decision with in 15mins time. It does not make sense.
